Kate Paylo, DO, FAAPMR
Medical Director - Founder
Kate Paylo is a double Board Certified, fellowship trained, interventional pain medicine specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the field. She completed both her anesthesia/pain management fellowship and physical medicine and rehabilitation residency at the University of Virginia, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Paylo’s experience includes but is not limited to diagnosis and treatment of pain conditions of the spine, musculoskeletal and nerve-related disorders. She has served as a dissertation committee clinical supervisor at Kent State University and as clinical faculty at Ohio University and served as an expert witness and ethical case liaison for the State Medical Board of Ohio. She brings extensive experience in a long list of advanced procedures such as platelet rich plasma injections (PRP), genicular nerve blocks, lumbar medial branch nerve radiofrequency ablations, ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulator trials just to name a few. She has experience treating conditions like Intervertebral Disc Disease, Degenerative Disc Disease and Back Pain among other conditions at varying frequencies. With her wealth of knowledge and experience, Dr. Paylo will be the “back bone” of this business’s success.
Steven Humansky, PA-C
Steven Humansky earned his Master in Physician Assistant Studies in 2012. He started as a Physician Assistant in Pain Management in June 2013. He is proficient in PRP, joint injections, TPI, intrathecal pump management, as well as acute and chronic pain evaluation. He obtained his MAT data waiver and training for addiction medicine in 2019 and in 2020 he began working part-time at a level 3 urgent care. Since that time he has been trained extensively in medical weight loss and IV hydration as well as Family Practice in combination with the urgent care. His roles include complete patient assessments, evaluating imaging and lab results, annual physicals, preventative screenings, and overall providing excellent patient care.
Sara Dorris, NP-C
Sara Dorris, NP-C earned her Master degree as an advance practice nursing, specializing in Family practice from Youngstown State University in 2014, followed by her Doctorate degree in 2016.
Since that time, she has built a career by providing holistic patient centered care to patients. Her experience ranges from emergency medicine, family practice, interventional medicine, injection therapy, and orthopedics.
She is passionate about providing services that support health, wellness, and beauty.
Carly Raseta, LMT
CMO
Carly Raseta is going into her 20th year as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Her massage experience ranges from relaxation, hot stone therapy, sports and deep tissue, as well as cupping. She continues to grow her clientele and adapt to their needs. Soon after she retained her license in 2005, she began working in the Pain Management field for the last 17 years. She was promoted several times during her time in the field, beginning as a massage therapist, then rehab manager, next case manager, and lastly went on to be the office manager. Her roles included scheduling, attending conferences for continuing education for all staff, payroll, managing daily decision making, billing and coding, exercise programs, financial planning with patients, training and HR. With her almost 20 years of experience and knowledge in pain management, she gives both an administrative and clinical support to the company.
Amber Humansky, RN
CCO
Amber Humansky graduated with her Associates Degree in Nursing in June 2012. She began working in the healthcare field in August 2012. Her experience began with rooming and assisting with procedures and quickly advanced to filling intrathecal pumps, scribing and assisting the Doctors directly in day to day operations. She has a vast experience with IVs and injections, as well as assisting with PRP procedures. She was promoted to Clinical Director in 2017 and had been in charge of provider and staff schedules, patient grievances, clinical operations, maintaining licensures, assistance with payroll, and coverage of any and all positions through the office. In additional to her extensive knowledge and training, she is also Botox and Filler certified.
Jaimie Keene

Jaimie Keene graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, focusing on Merchandising and Marketing. She has over 20 years of management experience in operations, employee training, financial planning, and business growth. Her medical career began in 2012 in the Mahoning Valley, and in 2016, she became Director of Human Resources for a pain management practice, advancing to Practice Administrator in 2019.​ Jaimie’s expertise includes operations, payroll, taxes, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and insurance. She implemented policies to drive growth, managed billing, and ensured regulatory compliance. Her efforts streamlined patient procedures, increased revenue, and supported company expansion. Jaimie’s dedication and expertise will play a vital role in the success of Revitalize Orthobiologics and Wellness.
